Ecore, a company that transforms reclaimed waste into performance surfaces that make people's lives better, recently donated 1,189 pounds of non-perishable food items to the Water Street Rescue Mission in Lancaster, Pa. With the combined efforts of employees, friends, and family, Ecore far exceeded its original goal of donating 500 pounds by more than doubling the donation from November 23rd - December 11th.

Since 1905, Water Street Rescue Mission has been restoring lives through rescue and renewal, by addressing aspects of poverty to create healing communities where lives can be transformed. Seeking to make a difference both spiritually and practically, this food drive donation will benefit the 400 lives that Water Street Mission serves every day.

"Ecore is filled with caring, compassionate, and giving people who rise to every occasion!" said Maggie Baker, Manager of Ecore's Sample Department and the Coordinator for the Ecore Food Drive. "We are an amazing team and have once again come together to make a difference."
