EPA is still tweaking its comprehensive investigation of synthetic turf fields and playground infill containing recycled rubber. This initiative launched in February of 2016 , and we’re still waiting on the agency to develop a credible study or accept the scientific research that shows there is no evidence of a connection between recycled rubber and health risks.
